50% appassimento dried grapes mixed with the 2018 vintage which was a "thin" year for the grape in the GRV. Cherries, cola, a touch of rootbeer with nice acid. Something special to try.

51% Cab Sav 26% Merlot13% Syrah 10% Sangiovese. All wines were in the barrel, except the Sangiovese, for 21 months. A deep rich full body red with a fantastic nose

Plums, black cherries dried fruits with a mocha finish.


GRATIFY SUPER TUSCAN BLEND       2017    

42% Sangiovese 21% Cab Sav 26% Merlot 5.5% Syrah 5.5% Pettit Syrah. All wines were in the barrel, except the Sangiovese, for 21 months. A wonderful blend of these wines that each could stand alone. Dark fruit spice leather and nice acid it is gratifying.


APPASSIMENTO - Grand River Valley, OH.       2017                 
A Bordeaux blend of Cab Sav, Cab Franc, & Merlot- Appassimento is a winemaking style that dries the grapes to enhance flavors. This style of winemaking has been brought to Ohio by North Coast Wine Club. The Appassimento style leads to a higher concentration of the juice inside the berries, which enhances the body and structure of the wine. Enjoy the aromas of raisins, figs, eucalyptus, black cherries with tastes of earth and sour cherry with spice.

Cabernet Sauvignon - Maipo Valley Chile         2017                  
This wine has a rounded, smooth tobacco, and cedar scented bouquet, with plush red fruit. The palate is full-bodied with chalky tannins, smoky blackberry fruit, and a reserved-slightly austere finish with dark chocolate lingering on the aftertaste. It has Old World sensibility and is well crafted.    

Cabernet Sauvignon - Red Hills, CA.                  2017                 
18 months in French Oak Our 2017 Red Hills Cabernet Sauvignon starts with an elegant nose of raspberry and ripe blackberry. This wine has a rich, fruit-forward elegance. A spicy fruit and berry core backed up by nice tannins makes it a nice glass of wine for casual sipping among friends. 

Cabernet Sauvignon - Red Mountain, WA.         2017                               
22 months in French Oak. Our 2017 Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon starts with an elegant nose of dark ripe, eucalyptus, and blackberry. These characteristics are amplified on the palate with big, bold flavors of dark cherry sprinkled with toasted oak, mocha, and vanilla. This wine has a beautiful structure with firm tannins; an abundant mouthfeel that is great as a standalone wine and even better with any hearty meal. 

Merlot - Dry Creek Valley, CA.                            2017                         
The 2017 vintage displays lively spices and ripe berry nuances. Aromas of red cherry, black cherry and currant immediately fill the senses. A few more moments on the palate reveals notes of cedar, leather, and tobacco. The palate is full of wonderful fruity complexity, combining flavors of ripe plum and cherry jam. This wine features deep undertones of dark chocolate, espresso and a hint of smoky toast. The finish is long and lingering with smooth and silky tannins. This beautiful wine has excellent structure. 

Pinot Noir - Willamette Valley, OR.                    2017                     

Elegant, supple, stylish, with initial spiciness of nutmeg and barrel toast with ripe flavors of strawberries, cherries, and mineral overtones. The mouthfeel is soft, round and warm in sensation with an almost sweet and juicy impression of ripe fruit. Lingering finish

 

Sangiovese - Amador County, CA.                      2017
Freshly picked berries in a late summer garden. A combination of earth and fruit that harkens to the best of Tuscany while still showcasing the freshness of modern California grapes. Our Sangiovese pops with aromas of cocoa powder and cherries; medium-bodied and well suited to a variety of dishes. Flavors of strawberry tart, with a hint of coffee. Simply sumptuous.

 

Syrah - Yakima Valley, WA.                                2017                         

Aged 10 months in French Oak barrels, it is dominated by caramel, with aromas and flavors of chocolate, vanilla, and ash overshadowing its blueberry and flower notes. Fruit forward offering dark plum dark cherry and spice. Plush mouthfeel with a lingering finish

 

Zinfandel - Central Coast, CA.                             2017                       

Jam, blueberry, black pepper, cherry, plum, boysenberry, cranberry, and licorice. When you taste this Zinfandel, it explodes with candied fruitiness followed by spice and a tobacco-like smoky finish.

Chardonnay Oaked - Grand River Valley, OH.     2018           
Crisp, dry, and refreshing with vibrant acidity, a rounded mouthfeel and lightly lingering flavors of caramel, toast with hints of butter, pear, citrus, and tropical fruit. 100% fermented in stainless steel tanks aged in French Oak 9 months. This Chardonnay is enjoyable on its own or pairs nicely with seafood and Asian Cuisine
 

Riesling - Yakima Valley, WA.                               2018           
Fascinating hints of petrol, followed by aromas of pear, apple, lavender and orchard fruit are mirrored on the palate along with stunning acidity and a fleck of minerality. This Riesling is cold fermented in stainless tanks to retain freshness and fruit character.  Great summer drinker.


Sauvignon - Blanc Central Coast, CA.                   2018           
A refreshing dry wine that has a great minerality, aromas of grapefruit, citrus, herbs, and grasses, leads to clean and refreshing flavors of wet stone, gooseberry and lime zest. Balanced alcohol promotes bright acid on a zingy, fruity finish. Great Summer wine!


Syrah Rose - Yakima Valley, WA.                         2018             
A cooler vintage, this Yakima Valley Syrah has wonderful acidity and classic flavors of strawberry and raspberry. We soaked the juice on the skins for 4 hours to get the perfect amount of color and flavor and fermented it in stainless steel to maintain its freshness.
